Brand New Look!
by Deb ~ January 5th, 2010.Hi all, those of you familiar with my website will notice that things look a little different. With the intent of enhancing your experience while here, I’ve redesigned my site. What’s new? Well, aside from the overall esthetic changes, I’ve simplified the Home Page and installed a slideshow featuring some of my work. The Photo Gallery has been moved nearer the front as well. You’ll no longer need to surf through several pages to enter the gallery. Simply click on “Photo Gallery” found on the nav bar and you’ll see its collection of images. To see a slideshow, select an image and hit the “Start/Stop” arrow found at the top right corner. You can place orders for prints and notecards while in the Photo Gallery too. After you leave the gallery and stroll through this site’s web pages, you’ll find they contain some new features. My articles are now separated into distinct categories listed on the left side of each page in a style similar to a blog. There’s also a “Search” function now available to you. Also, in keeping with my mission to encourage environmental awareness, you’ll find ways to get involved in the sidebar on the righthand side of every page. Finally, I’ve added a “ShareThis” feature, a “Get Our Feed” (RSS) feature and a everchanging “Photo of the Moment”. I do hope you find this new design to be both esthetically pleasing and functionally more intuitive. I’ve sure had fun building it! As always, enjoy your visit and thank you for stopping by!
